    Ok, so the problem is, while youtube technically supports ultra wide monitors (like 21:9 ratio) and it works perfectly fine when an uploaded video is actually 21:9, there are a LOT of dumb f*ks (including people working for major movie studios and record companies, apparently) who keep uploading ultra wide videos with black bars hard-coded into them (effectively turning them back into 16:9 aspect ratio). Meaning the actual video frame looks like this: instead of looking the way it's supposed to look: So when you go fullscreen on an ultrawide monitor showing a video coded like example 1, the monitor treats it the way an ultrawide monitor treats any other 16:9 video - it adds black bars on the sides. And while it's totally fine for actual 16:9 videos (720p, 1080p etc.) when you do it to a stupidly coded example 1 - you get this: Anyways, there's a simple fix for that in Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ultrawide-video/lngfncacljheahfpahadgipefkbagpdl Can anyone please, PLEASE make a similar extension for Maxthon. I'll be forever grateful. Hell, I'll buy you a coffee (or 10)

    So everything was working fine with my Maxthon 4.9.3.1000. Then I stumbled upon --- "HEY! There's a new Maxthon 4.9.4.2000. I think I'll check it out." I tried it. It appeared to be slow ... inferior to 4.9.3.1000. AND I noticed Adblock Plus was not blocking ads. I checked the settings and it appeared to be very much ON. I just didn't see the usual blocking count down at the bottom of my screen. And I was seeing ads that normally don't show up. Consequently, the full rendering activity of pages take longer before circling indicator on the tabs eventually stops. I then uninstalled 4.9.4.2000 and reinstalled 4.9.3.1000. The slowness went away, but ... Adblock Plus is still not working. So, what's up? What do I need to set, tweak or smack around to get it to work? As before, the settings appear to be very much in the ON state. I have Windows XP SP3 Pro. I have the latest version of avast Free Anti-Virus.

    Hi Chim, Sorry for bringing you inconvenience. Could you double check whether ADP problem exists for all websites, or for only certain urls? It will be better if you could give some example url, and a screenshot or video when this problem happens. It will help us test and identify the cause more effectively. Jelly.

    Hola que tal soy nuvo en el foro, y trate de buscar este tema pero no lo encontré, entro a esta página pero no logro visualizar las películas, solo veo las carátulas(imagenes que te llevan al link de la película) para seleccionar las películas, pero al presionar no logro verlas, se ve todo negro, y me pasa con otros sitios como canal13.cl, etc, si alguien me puede ayudar se los agradeceria, muchas gracias. :)

    No tengo ningun problema viendo peliculas en cuevana2.tv pero en canal13.cl, como no tengo cuenta, no pude ver si hay problema o no. Te sugiero que instales la version mas reciente de Maxthon http://dl.maxthon.com/mx4/mx4.4.3.4000.exe Tienes algun bloqueador instalado? Desactivalo y a ver si soluciona tu problema.
