Not recieve Maxthon5 email

Hi all, I registed Maxthon5 at Vip3 and my sister registed at Vip1 and both of we recieved the email " pre-registering for the MX5 browser successfull " but when fanpage notifed 12th July the Maxthon5 will be send for all email, we have waited until today 15th July, our inbox still empty (and spam too), where are you, Maxthon5??
