Bug: Bintray website doesn't get shown well and sometimes show annoying dialog too

Version: 4.9.3.1000 of Maxthon for PC.

Try those websites on Maxthon and Chrome:

https://bintray.com/yahoo/maven/squidb/3.0.0/view

https://bintray.com/android/android-tools/com.android.tools.build.gradle/view

Also, try to press "Gradle" button on those websites. On Chrome, it actually shows what it should.

In my case, opening Bintray website sometimes show an annoying dialog that keeps appearing each time I close it. Attached image to show it.
