4.9.3.1000 can't access my mx://last

I did have a same problem, but the address is now mx://last-visit/

Yes. Last Session for V4.4 and lower is about:last

but for V4.9 and upper, it's mx://last-visit/

You can try the new url and see whether it works well. @luizmp
