I am facing a persistent issue with Maxthon sync and account services.
Problem:
None of the following endpoints are reachable:
What I tested:
- Different networks (home and two different hotels)
- Different ISPs
- DNS changed (Google 8.8.8.8 and Cloudflare 1.1.1.1)
- VPN (Brazil and other regions)
- Different Maxthon versions (including older builds)
Result:
- Main website (maxthon.com) works normally
- But all sync/account-related services fail to load (timeout or no response)
Because of this:
- Sync does not work at all
- Login/session behavior becomes inconsistent
- Passkeeper is unusable
Question:
Are these services region-restricted or currently unstable?
Is there any known issue affecting access outside specific regions (e.g. Asia)?
Additional info:
This is not a local configuration issue, since it happens across multiple networks and devices.
Any official clarification or workaround would be appreciated.
