Disable "feature": Add search engines from browsing history (automatically)

I've asked this a while ago, and I will repeat again:
Please allow complete disabling of the "Get search engines from your browsing history and add them to search engine list automatically" feature (Settings ---> General --> Search engine)

TheWhitestOfFangs Hi, have flagged your suggestion to the team but they inform that this portion actually does nothing by itself unless you add it to the existing search engine list.

BugSir009 Well then, they are wrong... it gets filled up by itself.
Just to point out, it literraly says "Get search engines from your browsing history and add them to search engine list automatically" - so I think that says it all. So yes, it's automatic.
