Hi,
I found the solution in the artificial intelligence on Google Gemini. I thought I'd mention it in case someone else has the same problem. After the 3 settings you see in the screenshot, my Maxthon "flies" like before on all levels.
In the Maxthon address bar, type exactly this: mx://flags and press Enter.
