Maxthon PC 7.5.2.3601 beta

Because it was added to the maxthon kernel about some 10 versions back.
That's when the all freezing/stuttering started.
I keep trying to say it's yt-dlp that's causing the problem but somehow ZERO action was taken.
I understand they're trying to earn some $ off the downloads but at what price?
And yes, I've already tried turning HW acceleration on/off to no avail.
It's gotten to the point where I fire up the browser, open 1 youtube tab, click on 1 link and everything freezes.
Honestly speaking, I'm starting to actively hate this browser now.
And for good measure, it's happen again just before I replied to this:

Hi, i have the same problem
i download the lastest version yt-dlp from https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp
and replace this file. Problem solved for me.

Make a backup end save it. Uninstal MX completely, and do a clean installation of latest version. It helped me.
