Cookie_Monster Hangs and freezes if watched too many videos on youtube or tiktok. 100% CPU process. The culprit is definitely "yt-dlp". I already noticed this since about 10 versions back when it was added in. It doesn't resolve itself. The only solution is to force kill maxthon process.
