Hello, i experience issues deleting my account.
1st of all, sorry if my english is not that good:
I had an old email account with email x in my past, where i am locked out from the email provider, because i have deleted that email account. No way i can get back access to that e-mail account - it does not exist anymore. So i also can not access any one time code on my old email providers platform, that i request within my maxthon account to delete the maxthon account.
So i changed my email in my maxthon account to an alternative email Y. Without any problem. After that, if go to the profile security settings, select delete account, run through the verification process, the last step is a button that should log me out automatically (does not happen), and i have to log out manually.
Now the strange part: I can still re-login into my "deleted" maxthon account with the email Y, i have recently changed to, and i am still able to use that account normally. Additionally, i am strangely also able to login into my maxthon account with the other email X, although i have changed it to email Y. I also tried to change the password, and now i can login with 2 different passwords.
I also have the same account ID under two different emails now, whereas in each profile only one email is added. So i can login into an account with 1 specific UID, with any of 2 different emails, and with different passwords per email.
I am not able to delete my account, not in any of that different login mails that link to the same UID. I do not get any helpful answers at help@maxthon.com, and answers take a very long time. Too long to help me. The last answer i got was something like "You can delete your account by accessing the login window" or sth like that.
This is not a normal system behavior. Can you help me?
Ah something else: Am i able to delete that forum account too? I only created it for that question above.
