Once again, thanks indeed for the new release. I'm reporting an issue here although I'm not sure with which release it actually started. Favicons and HTTPs After installation of the first 2.0.8 beta I cleaned out my whole Favicons folder beause it had more than 2800 files in it. After that I realized that Favicons from HTTPs sites are not recognized any longer. Try https://communicator.strato.de against http://communicator.strato.de Make sure you click at first at the HTTPs link because after clicking the usual HTTP link the Favicon is properly stored for the secure address, too. This is my current workaround but it won't work for sites which automatically redirect to HTTPs, e.g. http://www.xing.com @Jarc Proceeding the discussion about an open bugtracking system for Maxthon: Who's responsible now that this bug will be tracked? There is a Bug when you use m2 Under limited user account in WinXP. I can't start M2 Download Manager (or setup for dm). I don't have write access for default download dir (c:\mxdownloads I think) and that kills dm.
The Fingerprint Reader seems to be working again. [] A suggestion, change the "Download by Maxthon Downloader" to something like "Download with MXD". This is just a too long description imo, the right-click menu doesn't look so good with it. Other than that, good to have the IE extensions supported finally.

Grateful for a new version. [] I've written my suggestions in the thread linked in my signiture. I really like the new Downloader and I hope it will be improved upon. Thanks.

Can't confirm, it's working properly here on a clean install. Feeds are opened according to favorites settings in MSC >Tabs > Open Tab From

IE Developer Toolbar support, please! Or tell me how to enable it manually! My plugins/ie extensions page shows completely nothing. I've installed only the dev. toolbar and ie7pro though, I think it's normal that ie7pro doesn't show in Maxthon. But I really need the dev. toolbar. Please help, anyone!
Guys, thanks for bugfix language display in Maxthon Downloader!

No, feeds used to obey the settings in the Feed Reader setup. I may want my Favorities to open in a new tab, but not rss feeds. If what you say is true, what is the 'Open feed items in a new tab' checkbox for?
the downloader is "§$%&/( crazy [] thx very much
-Start a download -Exit Maxthon while the download is in progress -When asked to stop or continue the download select "Retain" -Then close the download dialog box clicking the [X] button -Both buttons on the exit confirmation [OK] or [Cancel] take the same effect > MD is closed.

Rest assured, it is not your responsiblity...and duplicating/mirroring is also not needed/wanted

Thanks for the re-confirmation abc. It seems some folks think I am blowing wind when telling how it is sometimes.
Ctrl-Tab does not work if multi-threading is turned off, and with multi-threading on the browser crashes sooner or later as usual. []

Just for curiosity. What bug tracker is internally used?
