To have a good trip in Help, here are some tips and advices:

1. Search the Help and if you find a thread about the question you have, use that thread instead of starting a new one.

2. Read the pinned questions before starting a new one to double check that the issue has not been posted before.

3. Try to be descriptive, specific, and succinct in your postings. This way your question will be clearly understood and referenced.

4. While you are posting the questions, pay attention to the auto search on the right column, our “Auto Search” function will list answers for similar questions . It may be very helpful to you [:smile:]

5. You may reply with any solution you think is right. We are grateful for your helpfulness.

6. If you disagree with the solution posted and wish to reply,feel free to add a new answer or comment it.

Your suggestion is to the point.
I think "Try to be concise and to the point" is much better.

not for documentation, this is what wiki.maxthon.com is for

The Chinese help site seems to have replaced the Chinese wiki site. I'm not sure if this will be the case for the English sites though.

Some skin and plugin guide have been added in chinese help site.Just like http://help.maxthon.cn/view_question.html?qid=27 and http://help.maxthon.cn/view_question.html?qid=144. By the way,abc and shaana,i will invite you to the devlopment team in help site so you can accept yourself's answer.
