You could download it from your passport account. Main changes are: 1. Browsing speed and GUI speed is make faster. 2. "Maxthon Favorite Service" is released. It provides seamless online favorite integration inside browser. 3. Your personal favorite is encoded, for better privacy protection. 4. Provide "Get Site Icon" feature, under (menu Favorites->More Action->Get Site Icon). 5. Favorite Item support Tags 6. Improved Skin support 7. Added URL key feature, under Maxthon Options->Navigation 8. Added use IE proxy feature, under Tools->Proxy 9. Support online update of Skin and plugin 10. Other internal fixes. Thanks again

I think the URL alias feature is not finished, isn't it?

Small Bugs found:

1. Refresh/stop button has the tooltip "refresh" even if it's stop..
2. Skin selector tooltip is "saturday" " border="0" alt="wacko.gif" />
3. Add a new favorite menu command seems not working
4. the drop down box of the folder you want to add the favorite to in the add new favorite dialog box is looks a bit strange
5. Sometimes the "duscuss this version" link in the status bar changes to the username of the current user..

The new find in page movable toolbar is great btw..

Thanks for the new verion. Unfortunately, I can't use the "Maxthon Favorite Service" because I got a message that said my favorites are over 100kb. When I look through Windows Explorer, they are 138kb. Bummer!

So far, so good.  The only issue I have had so far (and I have only been working with it for about an hour) is that I can't find the mouse gesture settings.  I would like to be able to turn off the visible gesture line.

Not yet configurable I'm afraid... Hopefully in future versions [:smile:]

Right now, the sidebar tooltip will display relative to the mouse... Why not automatically display it just to the right of the sidebar right edge instead? That way the tooltip will never cover the other feed entries. I find it quite disturbing now that the tooltip will cover the feed entries below, so I don't see what it says. I have to move the mouse away to turn off the tooltip in order to see next few feeds. Illustrated in the picture is what I would much rather see. Put the tooltip in the HTML area instead... Heck, it would even be in the top left corner of the HTML area and be styled however you want. That way the tooltip will never move and you always know where to put your eyes when you hover a feed in order to read the tooltip.

Thank you for another preview Bloodchen. The only thing that is keeping me from using v2.0 fulltime is some features that are missing for now (obviously it's still a preview). My pages do load quickly though and I've really grown on the interface. Thanks for the work you're all doing.

I found some strange bugs, unfortunately they appear randomly, So it's hard to confirm them unless you use M 2 for a long time:

1. Sometimes the favorites recycle bin's icon disappear..
2. Sometimes when closing favorites/feeds manager M loses focus (open M 1 and then M 2, open favorites manager then close it, M1 will have focus not M2, but as I said it happens randomly)
3. M seems that it doesn't remember the history of an opened local folder (not really an important bug)

I don't know why this new build has the add favorite button at the sidebar labeled "add bookmark" It would be better to has it labeled only New, to save space..

Hii, about get site icon feature, could it works with the search entries too? How can I work with tags? I added a new tag for a favorite, then what's next? Is typing this tag into the search box at the favorites sidebar would show this favorite? It doesn't seem to work this way, and what do the select tag button do?, sorry if that is a stupid question []

Well since this preview version is my first taste of Maxthon 2.0 its pretty damn good.. That update favourite icon option is very kool...having just imported all my old favourites from Maxthon 1.0 and used that tool I've finally got distinguishable icons [] Anyway really enjoying it so far.. only being using it for an hour and seeing all the stuff in action.. still missing some things from the older one.. most notably the 'middlemouse click to close a tab' That reader tab is pretty kool.. didn't think it was going to be a usefull feature when I first heard about it but on a large display(1900x1200 for me) it works really well. Although i'm still trying to figure out why the File Menus are out in the middle of nowhere, is there anyway of moving them too the right/left side? Still getting used too the new RSS sidebar with its folders instead of the pulldown menu, I find the old pulldown was quicker to use... now I've got loads of folders using up the screen space, so there is more scrolling involved to just see the feeds... Will there be a History sidebar? i'm sure it is coming unless I haven't found it yet. That infomation display at the bottom is kool ,maybe another option like total download/upload amount a particular tab or site(domain) has used.. would be a nice geeky way too see such things Definetely looking forward to more Previews [:smile:]

Enable the windows frame and you will have it looks like the classic style, To do that click the two arrows near the minimize button, then choose "show windows frame". You could also make a new toolbar called menu bar 2, then move all the menus (file, view..) to this toolbar when customizing. But there will be a small arrow near every menu that I can't find a way to get rid of it.

I did find that eventually and i'm sticking with it for the time being, although if there ever is a way to move the menu to the far right side then i'd go back as it does give a bit extra screenspace.

At the moment i'm trying to figure out how i'd add an Email button shortcut too the standard toolbar?

No idea what this is Momo. How do you add a tag (whatever a 'tag' is)? And where is the button you refer to?

What do you think of customizing it that way? Move these menus to the right of the title.

When you add a favorite, there is a box under the URL of the favorite, and there is a select tag button.
