Not sure if this is a real bug or not, but when I get into my gmail account, the gchat doesn't run immediate （the contacts will not connect), and I have to refresh the page to make it work everytime.

Don't seem to have this problem in my case. Please try starting Maxthon in safe mode from the start menu and see if the problem continues. The safe mode disables plugins, ad blocking, and modules for trouble shooting.
