Stano40
chrls5 replied at 2013-12-24 09:08 Someone help me pls As a network administrator am saying that the best way how to block any website is to do it on DNS level, not locally on your computer or your home network. Why? It is much more secured because filtering is being done remotely, far away from your computer and unwished websites don´t even come close to your pc. My suggestion is: Put in your LAN IPv4 settings DNS1 208.67.222.222 and DNS2 208.67.220.220, then create an account on www.opendns.com, follow their steps on how to setup your account privacy and you are done!!! It is completely free for home users!! All adware and phishing sites + sites from your wishlist will be filtered remotely - it will get blocked during DNS translation already.
