scottchu.tw
I always use Maxthon Protable. Each time when upgrade new version, to keep all my user setting, including Quick Access, Favorites, skin, etc., I copy UserData folder of old version to overwrite new version's. This always works fine until I recently find somethings inconsistent: 1.Some video on some web page can't play, e.g. https://udn.com/news/story/7315/4093399. 2.Some default plugins can be seen in Extension page but are disabled, e.g. Web Page translation, Turn-off-light. These problems are happened even in newest version 5.3.8.1600. (There are also other problems but I forget) If I only download new version and run immediately, these problems don't exist. My question is what I describe in subject: "How can I keep all my user setting in old portable version when upgrading to new portable version but keep every abilities in new version working fine?"
