Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, youtube and everything

Make sure you don't have "Clear Cookies" set in the Menu/Clear Data/Clear Browsing data.

I tried to test but cannot reproduce. Did you close the browser then restart the computer or just restart the browser? Did you delete cookies?

Closing browser and restarting after some time, or just opening it after turning pc on it always logs off from every account (even from itself). And no, I dont have enabled auto clearing cookies upon exit.

MX 5.2.7.1000 - in general, not a bug, but very inconvenient: the browser "forgets" previously completed logins. Prior to this version, the completed logins remained after restarting the MX: Facebook, VK, Yandex, Google, Mail.ru... (if you were not manually logged out, of course). Now you need log in to your account every time, when MX5 launches. However, logging into Maxthon Passport is still automatic. It looks as though MX5 itself clears the cache/cookies on exit, however the option "Auto clear on exit" is not enabled.

Update: Just now I tried to clear ALL browser data (except for its settings, of course). Then I restarted the MX5, log in into the VK, restarted the MX5 again, the completed login was not saved.

Can me someone expleain this updates ??? Why 5.3.8.300 downgrading on 5.2.7.1000 ?? Why should i download it ??

5.3.8.300 is a beta version which contains a new upgraded core and is not for regular users daily use as their default browser. 5.2.7.1000 is the current final release with 5.2.7.1100 released recently is a beta upgrade of that series.

Dear developers, please decide on the linear numbering of MX5 releases (including alpha, beta and RC), then this confusion will cease to be possible

I don't believe there's any confusion, i think they have a system in place, just that maybe things get mixed up when they update the listings.

Normally the last number will show if it's a beta/final version. RC's are normally tagged with RC.

<1000 is beta, 1000 or 2000 is final. If there is going to be a .2000 release then there may be beta versions between .1000 > .2000 (eg. 5.2.5.1200).
Bugfix releases generally get re-released under the same number (which they shouldn't but whatyougonnado?).

5.2.7.x seems to be an odd one. In release notes, it's marked as beta, but tagged as RC in the filename. Then the final shortly after that. I think someone got confused with this one.

Ideally they'd be a little more defined.  <800 beta, 900 RC, 1000/2000 final. Then any bugfixes between those get a small bump, so 921 is a RC with some fixes since 900, then released as 1000.

You shouldn't look at when they're released, but look at the version numbers. If you're testing beta versions then stick with them. If not then stick with final versions. Definitely don't jump between them.

If that doesn't make sense then probably best to just leave things as they are.

Hi there, could you provide several website URLs for testing?

My version is 5.2.7.2000, almost all the websites show this, like google, gmail, youtube, baidu, github, also maxthon forum. I think it is kind of losting cookies. Also in google it shows it is under a old version of Chrome, and ask for update.
