Stuck at Synchronizing MaxNote

Hi there, from the info you provided, I guess it's a problem caused by your internet. You can try to change a network service provider. 

To be sure, you may try the following steps to see if it's indeed caused by your network.

1, press "win", type in "cmd" and press enter.

2, type in "ping uu.me" and press enter.

3, hold on a second you can see the details. 

4, if the number for the "lost" is 0, then it means your network is workable to Maxnote server. If not, it means the issue is located in your network.

If the problem is not in your network, please tell us your Maxthon account, I'll let our tester have a look into your account to see if there is any false data.

I always keep Maxthon updated to the latest version since 4.x version.

My latest version is:
Version: 5.0.3.1200
OS: 10.0.14393.
IE: 11.953.14393.0
