winpc resolved Form Fill Info Viewable/Editable Somewhere?

8 posts in this topic

I've noticed on one of my forms I regularly fill out online MX5 will fill in the boxes completely wrong and messy. I was hoping to manage the auto-fill content somehow to maybe wipe it out for that site or edit the content so it works properly. I haven't found anywhere I can do that in MX5, does anyone know somewhere I can find something like that?

Thanks!

It can also be accessed by Menu>Settings>General>Magic Fill Settings>Manage Saved Passwords. Using Passkeeper is quicker and takes you to the same place.

Password Keeper only shows passwords. I'm looking for the other magic fill data such as form data. I'm talking Name, Address, Phone Number, that kind of stuff that auto-fills in a form.

Click the edit button on the right, then the "more" button on the popup. If the form saved has extra fields, they'll be shown and can be edited.

What you can't do is create a general identity with generic information that can be used on forms. Same happened with MX4 on release then it finally came back. Hopefully the same for MX5

I'm not sure what/where you mean when you say "edit button" ?

Marked in the image below.

2nd image shows the dialog that pops up and the extra fields that may show depending on what was saved.

Sorry it took me this long to respond. I now see what you mean and that's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!
