Yep. It's mine ;)  like few other that maybe you use ;p

Yours? Thanks, mate! I use it all the time when I need a word to be translated. Way faster than opening a new tab, typing translate.google.com and pressing enter.

Also, if you don't mind, could you, please, make another one for bing.com/translator ? It's a whole lot better for some languages. Basicly it's like some languages only work with gTranslate and some other languages only work with bTranslator...

But why typing translate.google.com, when there is a nice translate button on the ToolBar?? (with Google+Youdao+Baidu = see under Settings > Advanced) = Just mark your words > press button.

post-327978-0-34303700-1435982034_thumb. <~ Yes, my ToolBar sits in the left bottom, not on the top right, as Default.

And this SideBar Extension is NOT just Google, but it is BING to = Microsoft Translate. >

• Online translate sidebar Maxthon - Extensions Center ( By smilefly )  http://extension.maxthon.com/detail/index.php?view_id=1511&category_id=

And / or  http://extension.maxthon.com/detail/index.php?view_id=383&category_id=

There was one in Forum " {java script} Microsoft Translate " and in Extension for the SideBar = a pure Microsoft Translate just like this one below.

( But it's moved from both places, with no warning or reason why, this was way better than Google ). EDIT: THANKS -Ody- (^^,) :titter: ,

then where is the SideBar thing'y gone to, there was a link to it to.??

And for your Fav. Line / Bookmark bar, you can use this Microsoft = Bing Translate ( i use this the most, because it's more accurate and open in same window ) >

Language Labs - Translator Bookmarklet   http://labs.microsofttranslator.com/bookmarklet/

"" Microsoft Translator technology powers translation features across all Microsoft products, including Office, SharePoint, Lync, Yammer, Visual Studio, Bing, and Skype.

You can integrate translation into web, desktop, or mobile applications, the Translator API provides a rich functionality set for any developer,

not to mention a wide choice of interfaces: AJAX, HTTP, SOAP, OData, and the Translator Web Widget. ""

If you know how to make a SideBar Extension ( or a Shortcut to your Bookmark ) this is the code for it... EDIT: PLEASE can anyone make it to the SideBar.??

javascript:(function(){var s = document.createElement('script'); s.type = 'text/javascript'; s.src = 'http://labs.microsofttranslator.com/bookmarklet/default.aspx?f=js&to=en'; document.body.insertBefore(s, document.body.firstChild);})()

Best Regards Ohke ( ~ who is not Google Chrome Blinded  :titter:  )

It's not removed, I have split the toolbar thread (since it has been "hijacked" :p ) : this bookmarklet is still there  http://forum.maxthon.com/index.php/topic/15753-script-12-microsoft-translator-toolbar-for-maxthon-4-and-nitro/

Thanks. But, for some reason, when I click on it it does nothing...

My experience was almost as bad ... it worked once then no more.  I've had the same experience with all the extensions that implement the Microsoft or Bing Translator.  But the script savedd as a book mark continues to work, though it is annoying to have to reuse it on every psge.  But the trade-off is that it translates in place and that is an advantage when you come from the this forum and find you are logged into the Chinese (or other???) forum.

Personally, I use "Online Translate" addon (http://extension.maxthon.com/detail/index.php?view_id=1511)

It allows translating the page without leaving it (like Chrome's), has Google and Bing translator for entire page and 2 different dictionaries for words.

The disadvantage of it is that for some reason it refuses to work on some websites (Maxthon forum, ironically, is a good example).
