    Thanks for mentioning this issue again.

    At the moment there is no plan to include font size option in Settings anymore. However this functionality will not be abandoned. As you have already found out a workaround to change fonts, we will do same by building an extension for font management after the official version of Mx5 has been released:)

  3. lets come back to noads - one of the most useful extensions for making a webpage better - blocking and changing stuff without worrying about rules - just highlight an area and the annoying content is hidden

    but not here - Maxthon block it - WHY? - i and others have asked that many times and the question is ignored

    i asked it further up this thread and got a like from Bugsir7 - thats a platitude at best and certainly an oxymoron - how can an admin like something and then neither comment or do something about it

    Really sorry. I liked your post and i had to confirm with our team why noads does not work on maxthon pages anymore.I didn't not mean to ignore your post. 

    Actually, for security issues noads extension has been disabled:

    Under maxthon.cn/com domain name  some API can modify some part of the user's Settings. Allowing extension is to run under these two domains will give the extension the permission to change user's settings. Due to this reason noads has been temporarily disabled to run under maxthon domain.

  4. yes. still the same problem.

     

    Moreover, since last update, every time I want to use a favorite (downloaded from wifi), nothing happens, and after 10 secondes, the phone freezes... I have to hard reboot...

    I'm being more and more deceived by maxthon...

    I'll let our testing team conduct a thorough investigation about this issue.

    I've the exact same problem... My internet connection is strong, no doubt. but impossible to sync favorites over MOBILE NETWORK only.

    This problem occurs from the beggining of maxthon mobile, on different phones and networks.

    I've nerver been able to sync favs on 2G, 3G, or 4G.

     

    it occurs also on all the android versions, up to Lollipop...

     

    Everything else is great.

     

    please, help / fix!!

  6. Hi, i have problems synching my favorites on my android phone.

    Every time i try to sync i get an error message saying:

     

    Check if you are connected to the internet or if an SD card is placed.

     

    I'm sure both are allright.

    Is this a known problem?

    The favorites synching is one of the reasons why i'm using Maxthon so i realy want this fixed.

    What settings do you have in your favorites sync options please (under wifi only?)? Please make sure sync option is enabled and your internet is strong enough.

    1.For the last session issue, do you use Maxthon account? You may try to search "Last opened" from browsing history.

    2.For the page loading issue, any link to test? You may disable adblock and try again.

    3.Is the problem confined with some specific links?

    4.Freezing problem could be due to adblock, you may disable it and try again.

    At the moment Maxthon for windows is not maintained so it may present some issues in some functionalities.

    Sorry for the late reply.

    Here on my end i'm always using google plus but i haven't encountered your problem.

    Please go to %temp%--MaxthonCrashData and see if there is any crash file generated and zip it and send it to us( help@maxthon.com). We will check to see if we can find what is causing the problem.

    Sorry for any inconveniences brought to you.

    Freezes and crashes could be due to different causes.

    If convenient, please let us know which websites you were browsing when the problem occurred.

    If you are browsing flash content websites, we recommend you to disable hardware acceleration.

    If you are using the adblock integrated version( because you said you are using the same version as Tony, which has ABP),you may disable unneeded filters for a better browsing experience.

    For the last session problem, if it happens again, please let us know if new tabs can be added to the list after the crash, i mean open other new tabs and close the browser ,restart it and go to about:last to see if you find a new list with more links.

    At the same time, would you please let me know when you sent us the crash reports, what is your email address( please PM me).

    According to your problem description, i suspect the problem is due to your internet connection.

    Please make sure your internet is strong enough( especially if you have many favorites) or change the environment to see if everything works fine.
