Tried to put a skin on Maxthon, and was told Maxthon 3 can't do skins. Eh ? Ive only just put it back on after I had to reinstall Windows, I'd like a rain skin, but hard to find - let alone install ! (Yet such are common and very popular with all other Browsers !)
